December Meeting

I am Officially asking to change the meeting to the 2nd week of december on wednsday the 9th. That way I can go. I will be out of town returning the 8th.
This way its closer to the big event so we can do finall planning.
Or if yall don't want to change the meeting. Then lets have a 2nd meeting the week before the event.

Well I thought we could get together with the final head count and some key folks to go over the logidstics of set up and tear down. So it goes good and no one person is left doing everything.

Do you think there will be a second meeting Doug? And if so where?
